Manhole Rings

The Precast Manhole bases are a monolithic pour to assure a watertight base section. They can be used for sanitary sewer and storm drain systems, pump stations, and wet wells. Invert channels as well as inlet and outlet holes are cast to your specified details. Flexible watertight pipe-to-manhole boot connectors are also available for most pipe sizes.

 

he standard range of Precast Concrete Manhole Rings and Cover Slabs of our company is available in diameters from 900mm up to 3000mm with or without galvanized step iron. There are 4 parts of manhole ring section which identified by their location at installation:

1) Top Ring: Flat top end with rebated joint at bottom

2) Standard Ring: Rebated joint at both ends

3) Bottom Ring: Flat bottom end with rebated joint at top

4) Flat Ring: Flat at both ends

 

The Precast Concrete Manhole Rings are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of BS 5911:Part 200:1989 and the galvanized step irons for the chamber rings are to BS 1247. As for special project manholes, they can be made upon requested or specified.
